The process involves reviewing proposals from local agencies, a deep dive into the organization’s financials and visiting program sites. Volunteers use their knowledge and expertise to determine effective uses for Greenwich United Way (GUW) funds. They are guided by documentation of local needs as published in the previous GUW Needs Assessment.
