Volunteers serving on the Community Investment Process (CIP) recommend grant funding for local programs. The process involves reviewing proposals from local agencies, the organization’s financials and visiting program sites. Volunteers use their knowledge and expertise to determine effective uses for Greenwich United Way (GUW) funds. They are guided by documentation of local needs as published in the previous GUW Needs Assessment.
