We're looking for someone who is patient and upbeat to help our residents with questions that they may have about their cellphones, laptops, or ipads! Our current instructor is moving to warmer weather, and we are looking to keep the program running.
The program usually runs for an hour and a half with 20 minute appointment slots available for residents to sign up for, so that the instructor can work one on one with each person. Residents may need instruction over basic operation, help with a particular app, or may need another set of eyes for troubleshooting an issue they've run into.
We are looking for someone to come in weekly or every other week. Our current program runs on Tuesday mornings, but we are happy to work with your schedule!
*Because we are a retirement community working with elders, we do require all volunteers to have received the flu vaccine and the covid vaccine - including the booster.
