ORGANIZATION: Idealist.org

Recruiting Organization: Goodwill Northern New England AmeriCorps Programs

The VISTA will support Goodwill’s programming in the following areas: the creation of press releases and Instagram, Facebook, and Google advertisements; engaging in email marketing campaigns; updating existing or designing new presentations, flyers, merchandise and any other external digital and print materials to maintain a cohesive brand identity; conducting community outreach through regular and engaging social media content creation, supporting Goodwill’s Philanthropy efforts, and creating a database of reliable, safe and affordable housing for Goodwill clients and AmeriCorps members serving in Southern New Hampshire. This VISTA member will also conduct periodic visits to partner organizations to gather materials (photos/videos) for the activities mentioned. This will allow Goodwill to increase capacity in multiple fronts to ensure that more low-income individuals are able to receive the support they need to no longer be affected by poverty or experience it in the first place.
