Looking for volunteers who want to make friendly visits to our hospice patients. Often times our patients are lonely or have limited family who can make visits. Volunteers can also provide support to family members by making respite visits, and sit with patients for a couple of hours while family runs errands, goes to the doctor, etc.
No minimum amount of volunteer hours required! Very flexible. Training provided. Must have Covid Vaccine.

Extra Care - personalized home care and private duty
Home Primary Care - primary care for "home limited" patients
Adult Day Health Care - day program for adults with physical or mental conditions
Transitional Care - help with hospital to home and reduction in readmission
Palliative Care - physician consult service for pain and symptom relief
Hospice Care - expert interdisciplinary care for life’s final months
Grief Care - counseling service for anticipatory grief and bereavement
