The Patient Experience volunteer is responsible for providing support in various ways to the patients and staff on inpatient units. While the tasks and assignments are non-clinical, these volunteers contribute immensely to an excellent patient experience. Volunteers are responsible for engaging with patients, explaining welcome letters, answering call bells, assisting with phone calls, playing games, writing letters, providing books & magazines, and providing various additional resources. Volunteers are trained and placed on specific units.

- morning / 08:00 AM to 11:00 AM
- afternoon / 12:00 PM to 04:00 PM
