Storybook Ball 2022 Beauty and the Beast

We are so excited to announce, "The Ball will go on"! It is time to sign up to volunteer with us at our Beauty and the Beast Storybook Ball. Attire is semi-formal/formal- suits/tuxes for men and formal gowns or dressy cocktail dresses for women. Wear comfortable but appropriate shoes.

  • Duties may include registration/payout, silent auction, runners, blinky sales and spotting for live auction. Please be flexible when it comes to the position you are assigned.
  • All volunteers expected to stay until the end of the shift approximately 12:30-1:00am.
  • Dinner will be provided.
  • We are using Qtego for mobile bidding again this year. All positions requiring this will receive training before the event.
Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time and expect to stay until the end of your shift. Specifics will be emailed the week prior.

Ronald McDonald House Charities, a non-profit, 501 (c) (3) corporation, creates, finds and supports programs that directly improve the health and well being of children. Its grassroots-driven programs offer help where children need it most - right in their own communities. RMHC makes an immediate, positive impact on children's lives through its global network of local Chapters in 52 countries and regions and its three core programs: the Ronald McDonald House, Ronald McDonald Family Room and Ronald McDonald Care Mobile. These programs provide a bridge to accessible health care and allow families more time together, which helps in the healing process. RMHC and its global network of local Chapters also have hundreds of millions of dollars in grants and program services to children's programs around the world.
