The Director of Outreach is responsible for overseeing and managing street outreach teams and operations associated with outreach initiatives. This role includes ensuring that volunteers are properly screened, trained, and prepared for outreach activities. The Director will also schedule teams and ensure that necessary supplies are accessible and organized. Additionally, maintaining outreach reports is a critical responsibility.
The Director collaborates with community services focused on youth and teen mothers, guiding teams to support teen mothers in emergency situations. This position requires direct communication and reporting to the Founder/Chief Visionary Officer and demands strong communication skills along with a deep commitment to the mission of Mothers Helping Mothers Inc.
