Hospice volunteers help provide patients and families with compassionate support and care. Volunteers can offer their time and assistance in a variety of ways. Some volunteers offer emotional support, companionship, or help with grocery shopping. Some even help in the office, make phone calls, or write cards. We work with each volunteer to find the best way they can contribute their time. This is a perfect opportunity to give back to the community in a flexible and meaningful way!

Description

Caregiver Support Network is a locally and clinician-owned, full- service home health, hospice and private duty agency. Our award-winning service, specialty programs, and dedication to our patients and their caregivers sets us apart. We continue to be the only licensed home care and hospice agency in Utah that specializes in dementia care. We are dedicated to helping keep our clients where they want to be- at home.

Putting patient care first has made Caregiver Support Network first in the State of Utah. Proudly serving all of Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, Morgan, Box Elder and Cache Counties in Utah and Franklin County in Idaho.

Our carefully chosen specialty programs help our clients return home sooner, recover faster and remain as independent as possible.

At Caregiver Support Network, our name really means something. The agency was founded in April 2000 to provide private duty services and therapeutic activity for people with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia, at the same time focusing on supporting and educating their family caregivers.
