Give comfort to those at the end of life by becoming a hospice volunteer. You can help make our patients day just by being a friendly face and a kind presence! Hospice care extends beyond medical needs to address the emotional, social, and spiritual well-being of our patients. Our volunteers help our team to meet these needs by visiting patients to provide companionship.
We believe that no one should have to die alone, would you be willing to sit bedside by our patients to help them make the transition from this life? Our volunteers say that it is a true privilege to visit their patients and they find it to be a meaningful part of their lives. We need more visitors in the Dayton area. Would you be willing to join our team?
We are flexible to work with your schedule and availability. Training is provided, we will make sure you are comfortable and confident in your volunteer work.
