Volunteers are needed. If you enjoy sewing and would like to volunteer to help with special projects
for hospice patients and their family members, please contact me. We are also needing volunteers for
crocheting, knitting, quilting, needlepoint and other special skills to assist with creating special keepsakes
for hospice patients, family members, children and grandchildren.

Amedisys Hospice is a community based hospice care agency licensed by the State of Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) and Medicare (CMS) and Accredited by Community Health Accreditation Program.
Our goals are is to foster genuine personal connections that offer emotional, psychological and spiritual support by taking an active role in the interests that bring joy to our patients. This strong support system also extends to the patients families, providing them resources and support throughout this journey. The families we work with rate our care highly. 85% if the families said they would recommend hospice services to others and 84% rated overall patient care as "excellent" or "good."
