We are looking for a substitute driver for our Home Delivered Meals Program. You and your car are a great team! Make a difference in food security for an appreciative older adult. Volunteers often get acquainted with and develop meaningful friendships with the people they deliver to. This is a rewarding and enjoyable position.

Our deliveries happen on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and volunteers can get to the VOA Fort Collins office anywhere between 9:30am and 11:00am to pick up the boxes of Frozen Meals.

Total time of volunteering is usually never more than 1.5-2 hours per week.

Description

The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) of Volunteers of America provides volunteer opportunities for individuals 55 years and older to use their skills, insight and lifetime experiences to assist residents and non-profit agencies in the county. RSVP also offers a variety of programs which provide services and enhance the quality of life for seniors.
