Your curiosity enables you to keep up with the several changes faced by HR professionals. Thinking out of the box has become a second nature to you. This makes you confident in your ability to provide effective support from day one. Your talents have played their part when it comes to strengthening workforce stability and you are looking to join an international team. Moreover, you have a genuine interest in one or more of the following Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):

About the role

You will act as an Advisor along the recruitment process. You will build a team of HR professionals based on Outsmart sustainable collaboration mindset, and its mid to long term objectives. You will recommend the best HR practices in order to integrate a solid cultural identity through the implementation of policies, personal development plan and continuous improvement. You will also provide support to overall governance practices with feedback and a lean approach.
