Every Tuesday, The Common Acre hosts open hours at The Cascade Peoples Center. We are outdoors only, and with over a quarter of an acre social distancing is not a problem. Come anytime between 4-7 pm, solo or with the family. We will have someone on site to help guide you to whatever you’re feeling that day, weeding, planting, pruning: we do it all! Volunteers help grow produce to be donated and are welcome to take some of what they grow home as well. Come play in the dirt!

Mission Statement
The Common Acre restores relationships between people and the land through ecology, agriculture, and art.
Description
We work with communities and public agencies to revive land through collaborative restoration. By nurturing a network of urban farms and restoring native plant and pollinator habitat, community members grow their own produce, gain access to training, and activate shared green space; work that, by its nature, strengthens bonds to each other and to the land.
