The Autism Community in Action (TACA) is hosting the 17th Annual TACA Family Carnival (formerly the Family Picnic). This is a day of fun and community for families caring for children and youth with special needs (not limited to autism) in a secure and safe environment. There will be plenty of activities to enjoy, including carnival rides, bounce houses, arts and crafts, and sensory activities.
The event will be Sunday, June 5th, from 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM at Oak Canyon Park, Silverado.
Volunteer Shift Times:
- 8 AM - 12 PM
- 12 PM - 4 PM
You are welcome to volunteer for both shift times.
Volunteer tasks include registration, arts & crafts, food assistance, set up/tear down, etc.
Any volunteer under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Lunch will be provided to volunteers.
