Mission Statement
Granite Pathways and Safe Harbor work to empower and support individuals and families affected by mental health issues and substances use disorders. Through a peer based recovery framework, we provided services and create community culture to help individuals and families pursue their goals for improved health and wellness, social connectedness, meaningful work, and opportunities for volunteerism, employment, and education.
