ORGANIZATION: Project Coyote



Job Description:

Project Coyote is looking for an administrative volunteer who can assist our organization in processing the generous gifts and donations we receive in support of coexistence with wildlife and assist with basic administrative tasks.

Assist in printing and compiling acknowledgment letters and donor gifts for all contributions and organizing membership bonus item mailings.

Open mail once weekly via a post office box (located in Larkspur/Marin County).

Organize and prepare event and meeting materials as needed.

Assist Executive Director with expense reports.

Provide backup and support to the Executive Director and Operations and Outreach Manager as needed.

We're looking for someone with experience and time who can perform all functions with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

Time Commitment: 2-6 hours per week between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday-Friday

Location: San Francisco Bay Area with the ability to pick up mail and drop it off in Marin County.
