Oasis is a national non-profit organization. Located in Bethesda, MD, the Washington Metropolitan Oasis center is a thriving place where adults over 50 come for lifelong learning and productive aging classes.
Walking and hiking are good for the mind, body and spirit. We are seeking several individuals to plan and lead regular local walks and hikes for our members, adults age 50+.
Experience leading walks and hikes preferred; knowledge of the local paths and trails; willingness to research, plan and test out routes; knowledge of safety and first aid basics; must have a friendly, encouraging and responsible personality.
