JOB SUMMARY
To provide customer service and support to N2N Housing Search Assistance participants by discussing resources and rentals available in Larimer County.
REPORTS TO: Volunteer Coordinator
KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming phone calls with care, compassion, and appropriate referral
- Complete intake of clients wanting Housing Search Assistance
- Review materials and Rental Resource packet with clients to find appropriate rentals in Larimer County to reach out
- Help clients set themselves up for success by discussing budget and rental needs
- Knowledge of resources available in Larimer County for renters
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of local resources
- Basic computer skills
- Experience working with low-income populations
- Ability to demonstrate care and compassion
- Good organizational and problem solving skills

Neighbor to Neighbor is the primary housing resource for Larimer County residents, with services from homelessness prevention to homeownership. N2N provides stability to Larimer County residents in three key service areas:
- Renter and Homelessness Prevention
- Affordable Housing Apartments
- Homeownership Program
