ORGANIZATION: Beyond the Stage Youth

Youth empowerment program that teaches life skills through performing arts, looking for a motivated, self starter to join the team!

This is an unpaid position (less than part time most likely) BUT I will gladly contribute a Letter of recommendation, testimonial or raving review if it is a good fit! Great resume building opportunity! Great for someone starting off in the VA world or a college student! Ideally you would also care about youth education, and mental health and/or the arts.

Required: Proficient in English (written and oral communication), stable internet, computer access, familiar with basics of Canva, Microsoft office and google docs, reliable with excellent communication skills and an aptitude for attention-to-detail, strong skills in time management, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, dependable and most of all a sense of humor and ability to have fun and take joy in the little details!

Seeking 2 -3 positions:

VA assistant: Tech savvy is a plus! I don’t expect you to know everything as long as you are willing and hungry to learn and able to self teach on topics and research and or watch on youtube. Data entry, Organizing, Possible mild creative writing,

Social Media Assistant: Proficient in Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, basic content generation with use of canva, social media scheduling, interacting with other accounts, mild creative writing, growth strategies.

Not for someone who: doesn't like a sense of humor, Need super managed structure, isn't organized, doesn't like to be a collaborator and brainstorm together.

Beyond the Stage Youth is a workshop based youth empowerment program that teaches life and social emotional learning skills through performing arts!

Dedicated to empowering youth through theatrical workshops, we are passionate about creating confident, capable, resilient lifelong learners... Onstage and Beyond!

We empower young people by promoting Social Emotional Learning and life skills through FUN in-person theatre workshops and class based curriculum support.
