Objectives:

Opportunity to create a positive impact on people within the United States as well as at a global level through our robust HR and Corporate Social Responsibility programs. Manage the recruitment and retention process of our volunteers, interns, or program participants. This includes identifying alignment with your interests and skills, and exceeding your expectations in the positive impact you can have with others.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Periodically monitor and implement company policies and procedures for the recruitment, training and management of staff, interns, and volunteers to ensure the optimal functioning of internal HR processes
  • Post positions on various job boards for interns and volunteers, update existing posts as needed; manage secure documentation storage/filing system
  • Actively monitor applications on various job boards, coordinate, and schedule interviews with senior management
  • Schedule and attend virtual career fairs and job fairs via Handshake, engage in community outreach
  • Oversee and manage our online HR orientation and on-boarding system, facilitate trainings to new hires, and maintain relevant up-to-date on-boarding materials as needed
  • Partner with the management team to evaluate and provide solutions for business process improvement

Skills & Experience in the human resources field, with a professional and/or educational background in human resources management, organizational psychology, or operations. Strong verbal communication skills. People persons wanted!
