- Creating meaningful goals and objectives

- Execute the training and development of the SCLPMI and Peer Mentor volunteers
- Assist in the hiring process of Peer Mentor volunteers for each 8 week session
- Assist in the development of content and execute planning for the summer, fall and winter orientations
- Source, curate, and schedule group workshop sessions for the SCLPMI participants for further professional development as needed
- Conduct weekly check-ins with SCLPMI participants to oversee project progress, evaluate personal goals and assess team cohesion
- Provide peer-to-peer consultation on academic strategies, via in-person, online drop-in or peer mentoring sessions
- Triage SCLPMI participants needs with the appropriate resources
- Oversee the development and implementation of a social media strategy (Instagram, Facebook, emails)
- Collaborate with the Program Coordinator to continually assess the Peer Mentor Programming through the weekly data collection of student interactions and consults, workshops, and other activities for the SCLPMI Year-End Report
