Pink Warrior Angels of Texas (PWATX) is looking to fill a volunteer position as Chief Financial Officer.

The Chief Financial Officer is to oversee all aspects of cash flow, prepare and review monthly profit and loss statements, annual budget, and file the organization’s 990 to the IRS each year.

Some Responsibilities Includes:

• Maintain a QuickBooks accounting of all cash flow in and out of the organization
• Develop and monitor monthly and annual budgets
• Work with Financial Aid Coordinator and Treasurer to ensure timely distribution of approved financial aid funds.
• Ensure all financial operations comply with federal and state laws including filing annual tax-exempt statements with the IRS
• Present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to the board of directors
• Coordinate audit activities if needed
• Track all financial aid expenditures, receipts, and reimbursements

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
• Proven work with budgets and financial statements
• A genuine interest in the Pink Warrior Angels of Texas mission
