Summary:
MSP Women in STEAM is a career development and mentorship program for high school students and STEAM professionals who identify as BIPOC female.
We are looking for:
Committed and consistent BIPOC women professionals excited about mentoring high school students who have expressed a strong interest in STEAM.
Responsibilities:
- Complete one MSP mentee training session before being paired with up to 2 mentees.
- Attend weekly hybrid (virtual / in-person) Mentor-Mentee meetups during the month of October.
- Support mentees through their MNAiC application submission process for the Aspirations Award.
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Enjoy working with high school students.
- Provide a positive mentoring experience.
- Provide your own transportation. Mentors are not required to transport students.
