Sound the Alarm 2022 Smoke Alarm Installers, Fire Safety Educators, and logistics volunteers needed!
Heating is a major cause of home fires year-round. This May, American Red Cross volunteers, fire departments and partners will install 50,000 free smoke alarms nationwide. The risk of death from home fires can be cut in half with working smoke alarms. That’s why we’re rallying volunteers and community members to Sound the Alarm, where it’s safe to do so. Experience a rewarding day connecting with other volunteers and the families you’ll help.
All are welcome to come and participate at the event.
