The Victim Advocate Administrative Assistant volunteer, under the direction of the Manager of Victim Advocates, and the Victim Advocate, will assist with daily administrative needs related to pending cases to include: creating, printing and mailing introductory letters, protection orders, inputting case information into our database and assist with contacting victims when mail is returned to obtain an active address. Additional duties could include assisting other Victim Advocates when needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail. The Victim Advocate Administrative Assistant will gain valuable experience working to support victims of crime and the mission of the 4 th Judicial District Attorney’s Office.
