Tutor- Volunteer ESL tutors provide small group and/or one-on-one English as a second language (ESL) tutoring to adults 18-24 years old refugees, asylees, or victims of human trafficking in order to improve their English language skills to help clients move forward in life.

Description
YMCA International Services, as a center of the YMCA of Greater Houston, provides a number of social service programs for the low-income, immigrant and refugee community. From receiving newly arriving refugees at the airport, locating affordable housing, assisting with a job search, applying for immigration documents, Pre-GED classes, refugee scholarship program and a variety of the more traditional YMCA programming, we do it all!
