ORGANIZATION: Project Coyote

Project Coyote is looking for an administrative volunteer who can assist our organization in processing the generous gifts and donations we receive in support of coexistence with wildlife. This position will process gifts and mail donor acknowledgements at least once a week.


  • Process all gifts from individuals, corporations, foundations and organizations sent via physical mail. Batch gifts for deposit.
  • Assist in printing and compiling acknowledgment letters for all contributions and organizing membership bonus item mailings.
  • Open mail twice weekly via a post office box (located in Larkspur/Marin County).
  • Organize and prepare event and meeting materials as needed.
  • Assist Executive Director with expense reports.
  • Provide backup and support to the Executive Director as needed.

We’re looking for someone with experience and time who can perform all functions with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.


Time Commitment: 2-6 hours per week between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday-Friday

Location: San Francisco Bay Area with the ability to pick up mail and drop it off in Marin County.
