Walk MS

Walk MS Lansing is back in person on Saturday, May 14th. Volunteers make Walk MS possible through supporting a variety of areas on event day. To ensure a successful event, we are looking to ensure some key areas are covered on event day and offering groups an additional incentive if they register with me by May 10th. This offer is being made to other groups as well and will only be valid until we fill our needed volunteer roles.

The incentives are as follows:
* 3- 5 volunteers - $100
* 6-10 volunteers - $200
* 11+ volunteers who commit to volunteering for the entire event helping wherever is needed from 6:30am-2:00pm Saturday, May 14th - $300

The following areas still need support:
* Registration
* Jump Team (floaters)
* Team Village Host
* Food & Beverage Team
* Hydration Station
* Etc.

National MS Society of Michigan is looking for volunteers to help us at our upcoming Walk MS: Lansing event on Saturday, May 14th. to help raise awareness and funding to create a world free of MS. Description

About the National Multiple Sclerosis Society MS stops people from moving. We exist to make sure it doesn't. The National MS Society addresses the challenges of each person affected by MS by funding cutting edge research, driving change through advocacy, facilitating professional education, collaborating with MS organizations around the world, and providing programs and services designed to help people with MS and their families move their lives forward. We are people who want to do something about MS NOW, and are dedicated to achieving a world free of MS. Join the movement at www.nationalMSsociety.org. Studies show that early and ongoing treatment with an FDA-approved therapy can reduce future disease activity and improve quality of life for people with multiple sclerosis. Talk to your health care professional and contact the National MS Society at www.nationalMSsociety.org or 1-800- 344-4867 to learn about ways to help people with multiple sclerosis and about current research that may one day reveal a cure.
