Help us to help more people to live healthier happier lives! We are building a mountain retreat where people with compromised health can come and improve their health and quality of life. To do this we need volunteers to help us reach donors. Volunteers would canvass an area giving out literature on what we do. Flexible shifts are available and you get a good dosage of healthy exercise and walking.

Mission Statement
To improve the quality of life for people of color in low- income communities through transformational events, workshops, business development with a focus on health and wellness. Our goals are to provide many solutions to reducing severe health disparities that exist in people of color. We are building a mountain retreat so people in the inner city can have a place where they can go to change environment and change lifestyle, practice healthier eating habits, exercise, practice yoga, do deep breathing, meditation and de-stress. Thank you for volunteering and or making a donation to help us fulfil our mission.
