Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, our community has continuously been challenged with uncertainty, stress, and anxiety. While some individuals have taken action to support their mental health, others are struggling to take the first step in their journey to navigate the challenges they face.
At StarVista, we believe mental health matters. Without the resources to cope, struggles can become catastrophic. This is where StarVista can help. For over 55 years, we have been helping all ages and stages navigate life’s challenges through our counseling, crisis prevention, youth housing, and outreach programs. As a prominent thought leader and the largest multi-service agency in San Mateo County, we are addressing the unique struggles our neighbors are facing every day by providing them with the resources to help them reach their fullest potential.
StarVista’s Mental Health Matters Walk is a strong catalyst for change in our community. Your participation and advocacy will help us reach more people than ever before and offer the tools and resources to help our community take the first step at strengthening their mental health and wellness.
Mental Health Awareness Month is a national movement dedicated to increasing awareness and reducing stigma around mental health challenges. StarVista’s Mental Health Matters Walk hopes to bring together our community to strengthen the resilience of our neighbors and empower every walk of life and every age to find their best future.
