Join In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) to gain experience or apply your organizational, office/clerical skills and/or learn and add to your skills while working in a professional and friendly environment. This position assists IHSS staff, who provide services to seniors and disabled adults and children each year.
Assignments include but not limited to: opening and date stamping mail, scanning, faxing, stuffing envelopes, mailing intake packets, downloading voice messages, etc.
Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. GED or diploma required.
Volunteer is needed 2-3 days per week, up to 4 hours per day, for 3+ months. Vaccine self-certification required; unvaccinated volunteers must wear a mask at all times while indoors.
