Loudoun County Fire Rescue provides emergency response to the citizens of Loudoun County and surrounding jurisdictions. We are a combination system utilizing Volunteers and Career persons to cover Fire & EMS calls. We also utilize volunteers in our active and busy 15 volunteer fire-EMS corporations to maintain the necessary administrative functions of the agency. Volunteers must clear a background check and physical. Volunteers are provided training and hands on experience for free.

Description

Firefighting, EMT, Emergency Vehicle Operations, Chaplain services, Public Information, Public Relations, Recruitment, Budget Management, Instructors, Bike Squads, Water Rescue, and more. Volunteers may choose to train to do as little or as much as they wish.
