Overview: Social media interns will be tasked with managing our organization's social media page. More specifically, they will be generating content to be posted on our Instagram (@genzforfinlit), engaging with other accounts to boost viewership and profile engagement, deciding when to post and what to post, and continuing to expand our organization's movement over social media.
Required Skills: 1) ability to design eye-catching, engaging social media content (both feed posts and stories), 2) ability to assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns, 3) ability to create weekly and monthly posting calendars, 4) ability to track and use social media analytics to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
Required Experience: Experience with Canva, the design platform our organization primarily uses, is preferred but not mandated. Previous experience working with other organizations or companies is also not required.More opportunities with Gen-Z for Financial Literacy

Financial literacy rates are the lowest in Gen-Z -- and we want to change that. Gen-Z for Financial Literacy is on a mission to ensure that today’s students know how to manage their money. Through our various projects, we want to bolster youth financial literacy rates.
Description
Gen-Z for Financial Literacy is committed to increasing financial literacy rates in the youth. We are a 501(c)(3) charity and an official President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) Certifying Organization. Gen-Z for Financial Literacy is also financially backed by a nonprofit & start-up accelerator .
Though Gen-Z for Financial Literacy is based in the United States, we have staff worldwide who help fuel our movement. Our team comprises people from over a dozen different countries-all working toward one common goal: raising financial literacy rates in Gen-Z.
