1 in 3 seniors dies with Alzheimer's or another dementia. It kills more than breast cancer and prostate cancer combined.

Alzheimer's Association volunteers deliver support and education, raise funds, advocate for Alzheimer’s and more to help achieve our vision of a world without Alzheimer’s and all other dementia(r). Whatever your skills and whatever time you have available, we have in-person and virtual opportunities to provide vital support for people living with Alzheimer's and their families.

We can provide the training materials for those interested in educating in the community. In addition, we're seeking a co-facilitator to train and pair with an experienced facilitator for one of two caregiver support groups that meet either the first Friday 12:00 - 2:00 PM in Alvin or 1st Thursday 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM in Angleton.

Tap into online training and mentorship to learn more about Alzheimer's disease and the services the Alzheimer's Association offers. This is a great way to bring an important service to your community and help families in need.
