· Visitor Services / Public Contact: Welcome visitors, provide information about the area, inform them of rules/regulations, and register them for campsites

· Visitor-Use/Resource Monitoring: Record visitor-use levels and other reports as requested. Fee collection and management of fees.

· Management Support / Site Presence: Inform USACE staff and/or law enforcement of violations, emergency needs, and other circumstances that require attention. The gate attendant is NOT responsible for enforcement.
