Trinity Haven provides safe, affirming housing for LGBTQ youth experiencing housing instability.

The Volunteer Coordinator represents the core values and mission of Trinity Haven and leads the Trinity Haven volunteer program, including creation and oversight of the database of volunteers and volunteer opportunities, developing and implementing volunteer orientation and training, and recruiting and managing volunteers.

A successful Volunteer Coordinator is passionate about volunteer work and excited to practice radical hospitality in all they do.

Trinity Service Corps members live in community at St. Benedict’s House, a stately home in midtown Indianapolis on the campus of Trinity Episcopal Church. In a typical week, corps members will serve 32 hours a week in their placement sites and end their work days with sharing, reflection and regular patterns of prayer. Corps members will create a "rule of life" and then share in responsibilities around the house, such as cleaning, cooking, and shopping. Fridays will be designated for individual and group formation and discernment, with two retreats planned throughout the year. Each corps member will receive regular spiritual direction as well as mentoring by either ordained or lay leaders in our community.
