Bayaud Enterprises was founded in 1969 to alleviate barriers to self-sufficiency for adults living with mental health, intellectual and physical disabilities. Soon after, Bayaud expanded services to single adults and families who are rebuilding from poverty, homelessness, past incarceration, or past addictions. Our mission is to create Hope, Opportunity, and Choice, with work as the means through which people with disabilities and other hurdles to employment can more fully participate in the mainstream of life.Our programs and social enterprises advance the self-sufficiency, health and wellness, and life goals of the people we serve.

As an Event Planning Committee member we ask for a commitment through September. Our fundraiser and community celebration will take place on September 10th, 2022. The first meeting will be at the end of April. We will likely host 2 meetings a month and in August through September check in virtually once a week with potential for more in person meetings leading into the event. Members will not just be day of staffing needs, they will help shape this event and participate in grassroot efforts. Members are required to have experience in any of the following; event planning, networking, production, fundraising or have shown interest in organizational aspects. ***For those who wish to commit to day of event only we will have sign ups coming soon.
