As the Volunteer Recruitment Assistant you will be responsible for the recruitment process of international volunteers for our on-site projects in Perú. Working closely with the Volunteer Recruitment Coordinators in Germany and Perú, as well as with the General Director, you will ensure that all documents are sent & received and that recruitment procedures are followed according to our internal recruitment guidelines.


● Respond to all International applicants by email, collect all documents from international applicants and conduct interviews for the selection of international interns, project volunteers, and coordinators. This responsibility can be divided between the Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator and the Volunteer Recruitment Assistant.

● Send documents (Invitation letter, Before you go; Intihouse; Welcome Book; Volunteer Guidelines and Volunteer Agreement) to all international volunteers and send welcome and farewell mails.

● Update the volunteer excel documents and upload all application documents to Google Drive. Liaise with the volunteer coordinator in Peru, the recruitment coordinator in Perú, the project leaders, and the general director.

● Participate in Comité Germany and monthly meetings.


● English - fluent (written and spoken)

● Spanish - minimum basic conversation level

● Excellent intercultural communication skills

● Excellent self-management and organization skills

● High level of team-work, creativity and responsibility

● Minimum 6 months commitment


● The position is voluntary (unpaid) and full-time (around 5-10 hours/week)

● Work hours are flexible

● A letter of reference and certificate will be provided at the end of the term

Como Asistente de Reclutamiento de Voluntarios serás responsable del proceso de reclutamiento de voluntarios internacionales para nuestros proyectos in situ en Perú. Trabajando estrechamente con los Coordinadores de Reclutamiento de Voluntarios en Alemania y Perú, así como con el Director General, te asegurarás de que todos los documentos se envíen y reciban y que los procedimientos de reclutamiento se sigan de acuerdo con nuestras directrices internas de reclutamiento.


● Responder a todos los solicitantes internacionales por correo electrónico, recopilar todos los documentos de los solicitantes internacionales y realizar entrevistas para la selección de becarios, voluntarios de proyectos y coordinadores internacionales. Esta responsabilidad puede dividirse entre el Coordinador de Reclutamiento de Voluntarios y el Asistente de Reclutamiento de Voluntarios.

● Enviar los documentos (Carta de invitación, Antes de ir; Intihouse; Libro de bienvenida; Directrices para voluntarios y Acuerdo de voluntariado) a todos los voluntarios internacionales y enviar correos de bienvenida y despedida.

● Actualizar los documentos de Excel de los voluntarios y subir todos los documentos de solicitud a Google Drive.

● Coordinar con el coordinador de voluntarios en Perú, el coordinador de reclutamiento en Perú, los líderes del proyecto y la directora general.

● Participar en el Comité Alemania y en las reuniones mensuales.

Requisitos previos

● Inglés - avanzado (escrito y hablado)

● Español - nivel básico para conversaciones

● Excelentes habilidades de comunicación intercultural

● Excelente capacidad de autogestión y organización

● Alto nivel de trabajo en equipo, creatividad y responsabilidad

● Compromiso mínimo de 6 meses


● El puesto es voluntario (no remunerado) y a tiempo parcial (unas 5-10 horas semanales)

● La semana laboral es flexible.

● Una Carta de referencia y certificado se entregará al final del plazo.
