Volunteers play a vital role in the operations of this facility. Without you, our Guests would not receive the care and support they need, and the facility would not operate at the level of excellence we strive to achieve.
Volunteer duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Staff the hospitality house front desk during a 4 hour shift
- Register guests and orient them to the House and grounds
- Assist guests with checkout procedures
- Check daily log sheet for duties to be completed
- Visit with guests
- Answer phones
- Provide basic office assistance to executive director
- Keep inside appearance of the house neat and tidy
- Prepare coffee service and restock supplies as needed
- Assist guests with arranging for public transportation and other community resources as needed
- Assist in hosting various functions held in the hospitality house

08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
Shifts are typically 8 am-12:30 pm and 12:30 pm to 5:00 pm. However, VERY FLEXIBLE to your schedule!

The Reaud Guest House is a medical hospitality house which provides low cost accommodations to family members of hospitalized patients and patients receiving outpatient treatment at any local medical facility.
Description
The Reaud Guest House is a medical hospitality house that provides a caring and supportive environment for the families of those receiving care in local hospitals. The house eases the emotional and financial burden on these families by providing affordable and safe accommodations in close proximity to their hospitalized loved ones. We also provide accommodations for those receiving outpatient procedures or visits to physician offices.
