We are a new workshop based youth empowerment program that teaches life and social emotional learning skills through performing arts!

I am currently seeking high energy volunteers that are looking to join in on a mission to help empower youth all over!

The nonprofit secretary must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to interact with board officials, directors and the organization's membership, all of whom come from multiple business or cultural backgrounds. As I am new to the nonprofit world, knowledge of non-profits is a plus so we can brainstorm together!

I am looking for a partner to help me grow. Someone who is organized with stable internet, computer access, familiar with basics of canva, microsoft office and google docs, reliable with excellent communication skills and an aptitude for attention-to-detail, strong skills in time management, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, dependable and most of all a sense of humor and ability to have fun and take joy in the little details.

Work directly with other board members, some tasks will include but are not limited too:

• Tracking meeting minutes for board meetings
• Keeping unto date with organization calendar
• Track and maintain organizations records and documents
• Contacting and maintaining relationships with organizations partners
• Contribute to company brainstorming sessions and growth strategies
• Expert on board procedures, bylaws and best practices
• Reviewing and updating documents as necessary and ensuring all documents are safely stored and readily accessible for inspection by directors and/or members
