CoachArt is an innovative nonprofit that matches awesome volunteers, like you, with a child impacted by chronic illness that wants to learn your favorite hobby or skill.
You select a CoachArt kid and set your schedule using our app. We put you in touch with the family and you will meet via video chat (which we set up) once a week for 4 weeks. You have the option to continue longer if you are interested.
CoachArt provides all the lesson supplies to you and your CoachArt kid!
We can match you with a kid who wants to learn:

CoachArt’s mission is to create a transformative arts and athletics community for families impacted by childhood chronic illness.
Description
CoachArt is a non-profit organization offering free lessons in the arts and athletics to children impacted by chronic illness, ages 5-18. Our vision is that one day every family impacted by chronic illness will be connected to a community of support and an opportunity to learn and grow together.
We partner with talented volunteers and arts/athletics programs to offer lessons in music, art, yoga, photography, dance, soccer - and more! Our CoachArt team matches each individual child with our volunteers and program partners, who provide 8 week lessons in a shared activity of choice.
