Hello. We are seeking volunteers to help run the concession stand at MSU-Michigan State University. We are an organization who provides supportive services, advocacy and opportunities for the Deaf community. This is a great opportunity to learn ASL-American Sign Language and work alongside deaf persons. If you are interested in joining our mission to raise an awareness and to promote job opportunities and employability skills for our deaf clients, pls contact us today. Our mission is to promote opportunities for empowerment in the Deaf community through advocacy, employment, housing, spirituality, and support services. The DAD Foundation espouses collaboration through which the Deaf and the hearing population become homogeneous in their efforts to navigate through the life cycle.
Description
The DAD Foundation's vision is to disavow barriers, while nurtiring the Deaf community to empower them in living a prevailing life. We do this by fund raising and creating job opportunites for the Deaf community and offering interpreting classes and services to bridge the gap between the Deaf and hearing.
