Mission Statement
The Center for Truth and Healing's (CFTH)mission is to be a place for care, compassion, community, collaboration, and change. We help those who are disadvantaged to access critical resources such as food, clothing, housing, job skills training, and mentoring in their time of despair. We help them overcome adversity and guide them through the process of transformation. We empower them to feel confident, strong, and proud of their experiences and to use them as stepping stones to build upon. We encourage them on their journey by providing non-judgmental support and enabling them with the knowledge and the tools they need to improve their quality of life.
Description
The Center for Truth and Healing (CFTH) was founded in 2017. Since our inception, we have helped over 1,500 + families in Georgia, Wisconsin, Haiti, Wuhan, and Nigeria, with food, hygiene supplies, transportation, clothing, mentoring, job opportunities, housing referrals, entrepreneur training, and holiday assistance. We have also hosted several community cleanup events aimed at encouraging residents to protect our planet. Our organization aims to be a place where people can come for care, compassion, and change.
