HTD is a nonprofit that serves the homeless in St. Louis City and St. Louis Couty by providing hygiene items,
basic necessities, transportation and other services for them.
HTD has an opening for a Secretary position on the Board of Directors. This candidate will send out the
agenda for board meetings, take notes during meetings, send out meeting minutes in a timely manner and perform other secretarial duties. He/she is expected to attend most meetings and be able to speak English fluently. He/she should also live in the St. Louis area.

Mission Statement
HTD's mission is to serve the homeless in St. Louis by providing food, hygiene items, clothing,household items and other resources.
Description
HTD was formed in 2009 and we have our bylaws in place. We have hosted a few fundraisers and we are on the move. Our current program is called
Drops of Love. With this program, we provide care bags for a different homeless recipient each month. Our next endeavor is to provide a transportation
program that will provide rides to and from work for clients during the week. HTD's goal is to provide basic necessities, transportation and housing
services for the homeless in St Louis and surrounding areas.
