Serving Older Adults’ Kelly Senior Center is looking for a leader for our acoustic meetup group.
Do you play guitar, banjo, ukulele, or mandolin? Do you love playing in a casual group environment? Come enrich the lives of local seniors! Kelly Senior Center is a friendly, not-for-profit community center for adults 50 and better in Warnimont Park. We are looking for a leader for our relaxed, hilarious group of musicians.
The group meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month from 10:30 AM-12:00 PM. The ideal leader will keep the environment casual but provide a little bit of structure for the group, and will have moderate or better skills at an acoustic string instrument. Singing ability is welcome but not required.

Serving Older Adults was founded in May of 2018, and began managing five senior centers on January 3rd of 2019. We believe older adults have value and should be encouraged to continue to contribute to the world in a meaningful way that enhances their lives, and the lives of others.
