A low income senior in Enumclaw is needing some help with light housework in her mobile home. She would really appreciate some assistance with vacuuming and cleaning some of those hard-to-reach areas in her home. This would greatly improve this clients quality of life and help her stay comfortable in her home. Just an hour of housework per week would make a huge difference!


A little background on Volunteer Services:
Volunteer Services, a program of Catholic Community Services, assists low-income older adults and adults with disabilities. Volunteers can provide assistance with transportation, grocery shopping, and yard care. With a little help from volunteers, clients can continue living independently in their own homes.

Due to the vulnerable population we serve, volunteers must complete an application, pass a background check and driver's abstract, and attend an orientation.

Description

Volunteer Services is a program of Catholic Community Services. We are a Washington state-wide program, started as a safety net for older adults and adults with disabilities who do not qualify for state-paid chore assistance and cannot afford to hire assistance.
