Preparing letters, contribution receipts and thank you letters for committee members to send to donors on their portion of the sponsor list.

Tracking and reporting donations from both businesses and individuals and providing monthly reports and updates to the Board of Directors.

Planning and running regular meetings with members of the Fundraising Committee to provide direction and collect results.

Communicating and coordinating sponsor advertising with BSTRA editor of the Bugle.

Organizing and running BSTRA’s National Trails Day Fundraising Event and Fall Benefit Ride with assistance from Fundraising Committee and Board of Directors.

Coordinating contact of previous donors and potential new donors for #Giving Tuesday by Fundraising Committee.

Identifying and developing other fundraising opportunities throughout the year with assistance of the members of the Fundraising Committee.
