* Develop multiple screen’s to display data
* Create several data collection forms
* Sequence the screen transitions to automate a workflow
* Development of PHP code and the needed SQLs to use our existing database tables
* Perform changes as needed by the top management in a responsive schedule
* Perform other duties as needed
* Must know written and spoken English
* Must be located in USA
* must be located in the mid Atlantic area on east coast
