After School Youth Coordinator

We are looking for one volunteer who is motivated to create and oversee our after school youth ministry. Our children need structure in their lives, so this person would organize our volunteers to provide guided programs for learning about Jesus, working with computers on homework, outdoor activities, arts & crafts projects, STEM projects, among other daily options. This position could be paid, but must have demonstrated skills for position.

Mission Statement
Our mission at the Christian Community Outreach Center (CCOC) is to share the Gospel of Christ with others. All for God's glory, we serve together in caring for people's basic physical, spiritual, and emotional needs. We are about building relationships with area churches, businesses, and partner organizations to strengthen our community. Our services include connecting people with local, municipal, state and federal agencies to tap into additional resources. The CCOC campus includes four focused ministries of Daily Bread (free dining & meal deliveries), Discipleship (youth development), Devotion (pastoral services & biblical training), and Distribution (food and clothing distribution).
Description
Our volunteers are our lifeblood, without whom we cannot exist. Each of us brings our own unique talents, skills, experiences, and energy to contribute to something bigger than ourselves. Without a doubt, the Holy Spirit brought us through the front door of the CCOC with a desire to help and to serve others. We love God, and we love people, whom God created in HIS image. Sure we are different, and we thrive in our differences, knowing that God has a unique plan for each of us. As we each respond in obedience to God's will, we are confident in our differences, and in our weaknesses, that we are made strong by the power of the Holy Spirit in us, to become united as one in Christ Jesus.
