FOZA (Friends of Zayne Adams) is growing in the community.
We want to build more awareness of Postpartum Depression (PPD) by increasing the information we provide to a broader community.

Having FOZA Social Media Support (aka FOZ Fans) sharing posts consistently on a variety of platforms will allow more advocates to learn about our cause and get involved.

Volunteers will be asked to use social media platforms to raise awareness for FOZA, Postpartum Depression, prevention of maternal suicides, supporting the children who are left behind. The process will use pre-designed, pre-approved posts, hashtags, tagging strategies, videos, etc.

This is a virtual Opportunity that can be performed from anywhere, however FOZA is a US based orgainization. Volunteers and social footprints should be based in the US.

Mission Statement

Our Mission: To provide supportive, resources to families affected by postpartum depression, suicides, and the children left behind; we are advocates for maternal mental health wellness.

Our vision:

To support the mothers who are experiencing postpartum depression, by bringing awareness to the statistics. 1 in 8 new mothers experiences PPD and related maternal health issues. FOZA is working to eliminate the stigma that is often associated with discussing maternal mental health and address the disparities that exist in finding resources.

To support the children who are left behind due to suicide through educational scholarships. Upon request, a FOZA bear or bunny is provided to the family for comfort in the sudden loss of a parent due to a depression-related fatality.

To provide digital directory access to affordable, professional therapists, clinicians, counselors, and resources for families affected by postpartum depression and maternal mental health needs. To act as a partner with collaborative agencies to assist women on lower socioeconomic levels.
